Personal Statement

I am a Senior and am in my third year on the Varsity Golf team. I just started indoor lessons since it is almost Winter and getting colder and snowy. I am really looking forward to improving under a new swing coach and practicing indoor each day.

I have a “can do” and “anything is possible” attitude. My strengths are my straight driving, putting and mental resiliency. I won the girl's "Player of the Year" honors for my school after winning our Conference Championship and had the low average on my team this season.

The right school for me would be one where I can prove myself as a golfer and grow as a person. I think being a fun and exciting teammate is as important as scoring well and getting good grades.

In addition to playing in golf tournaments I am in the National Honor Society, on the Trap Shooting team and volunteered 66 hours of my time last year.
