Personal Statement
I am a daughter, a sister, a student, a friend, and a GOLFER! My future goals include going to a four year university directly from high school where I can play college golf. I am working hard to accomplish all that is necessary to achieve my dreams. I challenge myself in school with difficult classes and I golf often. My golf game has given me confidence, satisfaction, integrity, and respect. I love golf because when I put in the work and practice, I see it pay off in my scores. I am a participant and a volunteer with The First Tee, a youth development organization centered around the sport of golf. The balance of school, golf, and a family/social life keeps me busy, focused, and healthy. I am excited to learn about the college golf programs out there. I will continue to study hard and finish each semester knowing I did my very best. I train and practice regularly to improve my golf skills and mental game, and compete in both high school and league golf.
