I am an avid golfer, playing tournament/competitive golf since I was 5 years old. I enjoy playing and practicing all the time, usually after school, but i do keep my priorities in which my education comes first, knowing that the mental part of the game is key to my success. My current GHIN handicap is at +3.9 (9/7/2023). My goal is to play under PAR consistently (Junior Year in High School).
I currently live and play in San Diego and now traveling more for AJGA, SCPGA (Toyota Cup Tour), Future Champions Golf and JGAA JGS ranked tournaments to compete against other competitors, helping me focus more and to be able to play at that higher level consistently. Throughout the next two years, with the assistance of my latest coach, we have been making club upgrades/changes, swing modifications, affecting my score in both directions, but overall to improve my consistency and scoring in the long run.. These modifications and with my continual physical growth comes to play along with the maturity / mental part of the game. There will be fluctuations, but the long term overall outcome on scoring will go down, lowering my overall handicap and average.
Again, though I am still younger than most golfers looking to go to College, I still actively prepare myself for playing golf in College. Thank you so much for looking at my profile and maybe someday we will be talking on how i can be part of your school, and to be a great teammate for the women's golf team!
