Makenzie George '16 Recruiting Profile

In my career as a high school student, my time has been spent not only on my studies, but also on immersing myself in golf and the wide variety of activities my school has to offer. In addition to being a part of a Varsity State Champion golf team, I am President of The Thirst Project club at Carmel High School, a GKOM mentor, a member of the Model UNDelegacy, a golf representative for Special Olympics,and a member of the Board of Directors for Cypress charity. I also run unified track and have participated in overseas mission trips every year since I was 8 years old.  All of these extracurricular activities have not only kept me busy, they have also helped me develop leadership and time-management skills, and a great sense of responsibility. I plan to finish my high school career with a 4.0 GPA, on the honor roll, and as a distinguished graduate going on to live my dream of playing collegiate level golf.
