I live with my Father. My mother died when I was 14 and I have 2 older siblings that have both graduated from law school and live in other states. I love playing golf because it was the thing that my mom always took me to do even though she never played. It was our time. After her death I established a non profit in her name to raise money and benefit the public preschool where she taught. You have to be low income or have physical or mental delay to get into it. I have raised thousands of dollars and given away tons of gifts and food cards at local events for the preschool.
I want to continue to play golf in college. I have only been playing for 3 years, I started when I was 13 and a freshman in high school with a set of borrowed clubs. I want to attend a college that is a good school, I will choose a good school over playing golf at a bad school because my education will carry me through life. I am a very coachable player and a super hard worker. I am pretty much self taught and would love good coaching. My high school had a parent volunteer as a coach and we are looking for a new one now. I want to be able to play and always improve.
I keep my priorities straight though, God, family and then school and work. I have learned the hard way they we only have today and how to be independent and always know that my mom is with me.
