Lindsey Albrecht '19 Recruiting Profile

I am really excited to have the potential opportunity to extend my golf career at a competitive level beyond high school.  I look forward to representing the university and ladies golf at a collegiate level.

I started playing golf on Fridays during the summer to keep busy. Little did I know that having fun as a five year old would turn into a passion for the game.  I started formal instruction in 9^th grade. I listen well, am very teachable and a quick learner.

I love not only competing against myself, but as an overall team. Teamwork and a positive attitude are important to the team’s overall success.  I have both attributes.

Being dedicated, determined and hard working has helped me succeed both academically and at golf. As evidenced by an agreement with my parents, I worked hard and saved enough money to buy my dream car, a 2006 Mustang.  My sights are set on my next purchase; I want to get a great education that will allow me to upgrade to a new and faster Mustang. I know through hard work and commitment, all things are possible.

Golf has helped me mature as a person and an athlete.  I have learned patience, discipline and time management. I know that continuing my golf career will help me further my development and gain additional skills for life.

I will be a great addition to your college roster and look forward to many discussions and visits to find the right fit for both of us.
