Personal Statement
Hello! My name is Halee Wilson and I am on the varsity team in Three Forks Montana. In college I would love to continue golfing. As well as golfing I am interested in studying pharmacy. I started golfing the summer after my sophomore year and have loved doing it since. It is a very good mental sport because if you aren’t able to keep yourself positive it will effect the score. I have seen significant improvement over the past year and know I can keep doing so as I watch my score get lower and lower. During my season junior year I was on the varsity team and lead my team to first place in divisionals. Seeing the scores after that tournament was very rewarding as I placed 4th personally. This gives me motivation to continue to golf and lower my score. I plan to golf on a regular basis until next season. So far it has been paying off as my score has already lowered by about 15 strokes as we are nearing the end of golfing season for the year. During the offseason I plan to practice a lot in indoor facilities and my garage. Being able to continue to play golf in the competitive aspect will be reward. On a higher level is my main goal as well as being able to continue my schooling. I’m working hard for next season and hopefully into a college season!
