I see college golf as a part of my future, I feel confident that with hard work I can achieve my goal, and I trust that I will be successful.

My dad introduced me to the game of golf at the early age of five.  He enrolled me into The First Tee program where I fell in love with the game.  After ten years I am still with The First Tee as both a student at the ace level and as a mentor to the younger participants to help teach them the game of golf.  I have also been a junior tournament player since seven years old and have had a very successful career improving each year with several wins. I have played on my high schools varsity boys  golf team since seventh grade. Last year, I led my team to win several matches, and for the past 3 years I have had the lowest scoring average for the team.  This summer I played in multiple women's amateur events, and junior championships in the northeast area, making the cut and placing well.  I enjoy being competitive and playing at the college level would bring out the best of my competitive side. I like playing under pressure and strive to put in all my effort each time I play or practice. I have a clear goal of one day being a part of a college golf team, and would make a great team member.
