Ellie Bowman '16 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Ellie Bowman. I am at junior at Cedarburg high school. I have been playing golf ever since I can remember. I never really took golf too seriously until I hit high school. That's when I realized how much I love golf. Now I play golf everyday. I made my schools varsity team my freshman year. That year I was the first person in our schools history to medal at a golf meet. My Sophomore year I qualified as an individual for the State Tournament. My junior year, at our second golf tournament of the season, I shot a 78, which was the lowest score ever at Cedarburg High School, until I shot a 76 at our Conference Championships. I have worked hard to improve my putting, chipping and my swing. I am a good candidate to play in college because I am a hard worker. I have good grades, a 4.133 cumulative GPA. I am taking multiple honors and AP classes. When I am given something to do, I give it everything that I've got. I am always looking for ways to improve. Any of my coaches would tell you that I am not happy until my swing is perfect. I love golf and I hope you will consider me to play on your team! Thank you for your time.
