Hello! My name is Cassidy Kramp and I have been playing golf for 15 years, I learned young, but didn't start competing until the summer of 2014. I am currently and always have been a multi-sport athlete, because I like to stay moving and active. But golf is my number one priority.
As a freshman I played on the JV team as a number 3 position, I practiced over the summer and played in tournaments to excel and become a varsity reserve player my sophomore year and finally a Varsity number 2/3 spot my junior year.
My high school doesn't have a Women's Golf Team. I had the choice to move to a surrounding school to play with a Women's Team, yet I decided to play with my school's Men's Golf Team. Over the course of the cold and muddy spring season, I had created a strong bond with my teammates and coaches. It is a different experience playing with the boys, just as with any competitor I need to earn the respect of those I play with. But playing with the boys has made me a stronger player. To ensure my improvement, I push myself harder, I have worked with two personal trainers , and have stayed with the same swing coach all my life.
While golf is important, education is a top priority for me. This being said I am interested in majoring in Biomedical Sciences, then continuing my education to receive a Masters in the Health Field. I bring leadership, confidence and a positive mental attitude to every match and program I am apart of. I am the in the head position of most activities I take part of, because I love helping those around me succeed in the most efficient way possible. Not only am I a hard worker but also very coach-able player as I continue to grow, learn and excel in the game. I hope to find a coach that will push me, and our team to be the best we can be.
Thank you for taking your time to read my profile, I hope you can see me as a candidate for your program!
