Lorenza Martinez '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lorenza Martinez and I am part of the graduating class of 2018 at Divine Savior Holy Angles High School located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My love for the game of golf started after a brief encounter with former #1 in the world Lorena Ochoa at an LPGA event when I was around 7 years old. Watching her play inspired me to take up golf because I looked up to her as a role model and as a player. I competed in my first junior tournament when I was 11 years old and I have been playing competitively since then. Playing golf at the collegiate level has always been my number one goal and I hope to achieve that by the work ethic that I have on and off the course as well the passion I have for the game every time I play.
