Personal Statement
I have always been the type of person who loves a challenge and a good opportunity to compete. I strive for excellence in everything I do whether that be at school, at work, or athletically. I have always been labeled as a leader to students at school as well as teammates. I do so well in school and athletics because of my self motivation and determination to do great things in life. I am extremely hard working and, as a goalie, I know to never give up. This belief has transferred to all aspects of my life making me unstoppable. One of my top priorities and largest goals is to play hockey at the collegiate level not only as an achievement for myself, but because the sport is my entire world and the thing I love to do most. I could not imagine my near future without hockey!
