Personal Statement
I am a ice hockey goalie from Crofton, Maryland and plan to graduate in May 2016. I am a senior at South River High School in Edgewater, Maryland. I am also enrolled at the local community college while I finish my senior year. I have played on the Ice Hockey team at South River for two years. At my previous high school Arundel Senior High in Gambrills, MD I was the starting varsity goalie my freshman and sophomore year. Last year my South River Varsity team when 9-1-1 for the 2014-2015 season. I am a very hard worker on and off the ice. I find that I am a good communicator, I voice my opinion and stand up for what is right. The last two years I have played on the Girls MSHL team as the starting goalie, I have also played as a guest on the Severna Park Ice Hockey team. In this coming season I believe I will be able to lead my team to the playoff again, and possibly be State Champions.
