Currently, I am in 8th grade and attend Eagle Middle School in Idaho. I have been playing for Timberline Lacrosse Club for the last 2 years and will play for Eagle High School next year.
In June 2022, I attended the Xcelerate Nike Lacrosse Camp at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. It was my first dorm experience with lacrosse players from all over the U.S. Coming from Idaho, I didn’t know what to expect. But I was able to keep up with everyone from the camp.
In November 2022, I attended the Unleashed Overnight Camp at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California. The coaches that I trained with were Charlotte North, Lizzie Colson, and Dempsey Arsenault. During that camp, we worked on footwork, shooting, draw-taking and defense drills. I also learned how to make nutritious food for sports and how to present my ideas along with public speaking. At the end of the camp, I received the “Sharp Shooter” Award presented by Charlotte North. It was one of the most memorable nights that I will never forget!
In September and October 2023, as an 8th grader, I had the opportunity to play fall ball with the varsity teams at Eagle High School, Boise High School, and Bishop Kelly High School.
I have also participated in other lacrosse clinics, camps, and tournaments.
My skills include using both my right and left hand, having great footwork and speed. I have good defense and amazing field vision. The important thing to me in the game of lacrosse is being a team player.
In addition to lacrosse, I stay active by playing multiple sports including track and field and basketball for my middle school.
Lacrosse has done so much for me through my love of the game. I focus on my grades and volunteer in the community all to better myself. My ultimate goal is to play lacrosse at the highest competition in college and represent Idaho.
