Allison Black '22 Recruiting Profile

In college, I want to be the best person I can be. I want to work with my teammates so we can all achieve a common goal. I am a very energetic person to be around. During practices and games, I give 100%. I enjoy to cheer on my fellow teammates and bring lots of positive energy to the team. I am also very coachable. I'm always trying to get better as a player and a person. I am very open to both positive and negative feedback. I use the feedback to improve myself as a player and a person. Whether in the classroom or on the field I strive to be the best I can be. When I set myself a goal, I am always working to reach it. In school, I want my grades to be the best they can be. In class, I use my time wisely to ensure I have plenty of time to focus on future practices/games.
