Mackenzie Fisette '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Mackenzie Fisette, I am a junior, a starting varsity defender and midfield player at South Lyon High School. As well as a backup goalie for my high school team. I've played lacrosse for three years including this upcoming season, I made varsity as a freshman in the goalie position. Soon after season I started transitioning to the field and have been playing field ever since, unless I am needed back in net. I am very coachable and knowledgeable when it comes to the game of lacrosse. I am always trying to find ways to better my game. In the off season I participate in volleyball and basketball, by playing these sports as well it helps me with my footwork and my overall strength and conditioning. I know school comes before sports. Playing lacrosse has helped me continue to stay focused within my classes. It is a very important goal of mine to play lacrosse at the collegiate level. Getting a college degree would be a great privilege. I am looking for a college that I can continue to learn and play the game I love. I believe I am ready to play at the next level and it would be an honor.
