My college goals are to maintain academic excellence while exploring a science major to prepare me for a career in the medical field while passionately pursuing my love for playing lacrosse at the college level. I first learned about lacrosse through my cousins who live in Pennsylvania. I was excited when the opportunity first came to our area when I was in 7th grade. I jumped at the chance to play, and I asked my parents to sign me up. I fell in love with this challenging, fast-paced sport, and I’ve never looked back. I am eager to be a part of the growing sport of lacrosse in my community. It has given me an opportunity to introduce and teach younger children in our area about the sport I love.
I am a dynamic, mid-field player with great versatility. Some of my strongest assets are tremendous endurance, a level-head, perseverance, and a positive, team-centered attitude. My dedication and passion to the sport motivates me to constantly work towards improving my game every day. As I continue to grow both physically and mentally in my sport, my hope is to be an impactful player as well as a positive role model and leader within in my team and community. I will strive to conduct myself with honor and respect knowing that my actions directly reflect my family, my team, my coaches, and my school.
