Hi, my name is Sydney Long. I'm currently a Junior at Woodmont High School and take pride in being a dual varsity sport player and being able to maintain a high GPA average. I began playing volleyball but found that Lacrosse helped me to stay fit and I immediately fell in love with the game. I have been playing volleyball since elementary school which led to elite club travel teams. I recently transitioned into Lacrosse where I have worked hard to earn team awards and All Region 1-4A. I would be a great candidate for a collegiate team because of my dedication and work ethic. My collegiate goal is to pursue the Physical Therapy field while playing Lacrosse in a competitive league. I'm different that other recruits because I am a great listener, very coach-able, and I'm dedicated academically and athletically. I feel that my faith and strong parent upbringing is the reason why I strive to be the best that I can be. That is ultimately what sets me apart from the rest.
