I have been playing lacrosse since second grade. Curently I’m only involved in lacrosse. Last spring I also coached a lacrosse team! This helped me become a leader for other girls and show them my take always from the game, and show them new skills.
I love lacrosse because of how I get to interact with my team and other girls my age. I love encouraging my teammates, always trying to push them to be better but helping them if they are feeling down. Another thing that I love about lacrosse is how fast the game is, I’m always learning something new and building my skills.
I am a flexible player, I strive to be coachable. I play attack mainly but I’m always ready to play any other positions if needed. This year for my high school team I play midfield/attack and take draw. I'm always working on new ways to fit all positions and working on being a better attack player.
Off the field in school I’m heavily involved. I am apart of a class called SALT were our schools student athlete leadership team. Our goal is to give student athletes a better reputation. We also try to make students more involved in sports such as game attendance. I’m also a Morgan’s Message ambassador, apart of SCA and mentor other students. These are all important to me because they teach me how to be a role model for peers and to have goals for myself. I enjoy being able to help my classmates.
