I want to continue playing lacrosse at the college level to improve on my skills and further my academics. I consistently work on getting faster and stronger. I am highly competitive, very coachable, and I am willing to play other positions. As a freshman, I was named to the 2014 U15 Regional Team Washington, which competed at nationals. As a sophomore, I was elected captain of my team and I led my team in goals, assists, groundballs and caused turnovers. Junior year, I was named to the 2016 U19 Regional Team Washington which will compete at the Women's National Tournament in Bethlehem, PA. I also led my team in goals, assists, groundballs and caused turnovers again. I am looking forward to finishing out my high school career next spring.
Although athletics are very important to me, schoolwork is also a top priority. I am enrolled in honors classes and foreign language (French) classes while maintaining a 3.85 GPA. Sophomore year, I took AP World History and Honors English II, and French II. Junior year I am taking AP English Lit, and French III, and College Chemistry. Senior year I will take AP Government, AP Human Geography, and University of Washington English. Outside of school I participate in Model United Nations, Poetry Club, and horseback riding. My coaches say that I play with all my heart. I am hardworking, ambitious, and driven.
