To whom it may concern,
I am an athlete with the desire, skill, courage, and dedication. Like recruits I know first hand what it's like to fail or lose, but Unlike most recruits I know what to do with that failure, I know that in order to succeed you must use that failure as an incentive to fuel yourself until reaching greatness. I know that throughout life adversity may visit it is what is done with that adversity that makes a strong player, person, and teammate. My goals in soccer are consistent in the sense that I always strive to be better and to please not only myself but my coaches and team as well, contrary; before each game I write down a personal goal on my hand more specifically geared toward what we have been working on in practice prior to the game helping me maintain a specific mind set. Also, unlike most I am more dedicated to soccer than I or anyone else could have fathemed. My obsession with soccer combined with my fixation and passion to get better is superior to those around me and I know I would be an excellent consideration for soccer at the collegiate level. Academically I may not have the highest of grades but unlike most students I take high level classes and challenge myself with extra curricular activities making me an all around well balanced student. I take several honors classes as well as an AP class. I take pride in my grades and understand they are crucial in these next years and I look forward to what the future holds.
