I have been playing soccer since I was five years old and I am still passionate about the game. I remember the first game I ever played when I woke up at 6 am with all my gear on ready and excited to play. The only problem was that my game was at 3 in the afternoon. My parents say that they knew on that day I would be in this game for the long run. Here I am today still playing and enjoying every moment of it.
The positions that I perform best in are the defensive center mid position and outside back. I have great stamina and I am that player who can play in 100 degree weather and never get taken out of the game. I push my teammates both positively and constructively and continue to work hard myself. I finished my freshman year with a 4.0 GPA and just finshied my sophomore year with a 4.14 GPA. I would like to major in engineering, specifically biomedical engineering or environmental engineering. I have great work ethic which I believe contributes to my ability to receive great grades while also performing well on the field. I value my academics as much as I do my athletics and strive to be successful in both. Playing soccer in college has always been a goal of mine since I was little and I look forward to playing at a collegiate level while working toward a degree.
