Personal Statement
My name is Michaela Mayer and I attend Vista del Lago High School in Folsom California. I've been playing soccer since I was seven years old (8 years). My dream has always been to play college soccer and then to play professionally in Europe and the US.
I currently play with Ethos FC Saint with Jaimy McLaughlin as the coach. By myself, I train 4-5x a week. I work on plyometrics, speed and agility, cardio, weight training, and also foot skills. With my team we train 4x a week.
