Caroline Thompson '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Caroline Thompson and I want to play soccer at the collegiate level. Ever since I was little, I enjoyed every sport I played. Growing up, I was always most comfortable in a competitive atmosphere.  After many years of success playing basketball and soccer at the high school and aau level, I have recently made the decision to focus all of my energy into soccer.  I want to spend my time continuing to improve my skills so that I can achieve my goal of playing soccer in college.

I would like to play soccer at the collegiate level where I am challenged both academically and athletically. I am looking for a program that likes to play a possession oriented game where my strong soccer IQ allows me to have an immediate impact on my team. I feel I am best at setting up plays for my team to get a good chance at goal. I believe I am someone who makes positive things happen for my teammates, and always having the greater good of my team in mind, as I play the game.
