Alexandria McCormick '18 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I was young, I have had a passion for helping others. I however, have always gravitated more towards those who truly have no one there to support them. This has inspired me to pursue a career in Law and Politics, so that I may be able to help all the underpriviledged and disadvantaged men and women in the world. Because of this, many people that I meet, think of me as a "fighter" or a "defender of others." This has served me well in the sport of soccer as I not only defend my goal, but fight for my teammates and for our victories. Ever since I was 4 years old and started playing soccer, it has been a goal of mine to play at the collegiate level. Soccer is not just a game for me, but a true passion of mine and a part of me. I am an extremely determined, hard working, and a committed person who has always treated every practice like a game, and every game like a championship. I am known for motivating and inspiring my fellow teammates and for being someone that they can always rely on in times of need. And, no matter how bad my day is, I am always optimistic and excited to run onto the field.
