Veronica Noriega '15 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing since I was 4 so it has been about 13 years. It's always been a desire of mine to play for a intense college level. Some of my strengths are always wanting to get the ball back if I lose it and working hard for my teammates. I can get very hard on myself when I make mistakes which is something I need to work on not just for myself but for the players around me. As head captain of my club team this year I have a very big responsibility of helping the new players and keeping everyone motivated. I am very nice to my players and never exclude the new players, I treat the team as my family. As being captain I hope to have a team where we can feel comfortable and trust the players on and off the field. As much as I don't like being the one to yell I usually yell to them not at them, and during a practice or end of the game I try my best to give another player advice on a situation that happened in the game for future reference. Lastly as the leader it is my job to lead by example on the field as well as off.
