Carigan Byrd '16 Recruiting Profile

I plan to attend University of West Georgia the fall after I graduate to achieve my Bachelor degree. After, I plan on transferring to University of Georgia and enrolling in veterinary medicine and zoology. I make an excellent candidate for any team because of my exemplary academics and my dedication to a team. 

Though I play primarily in the outside defense position, I always play where my coach may need be because he/she knows best. I have never let my team down, and I motivate them to do their best on and off the field. I have been playing soccer since I was four years old, starting on my local rec team. I took a 3 year break when I reached elementary school , then joined my middle school team. Since then, I have played throughout middle school and high school , being a starting defender on my Varsity team and a starting mid fielder on my Junior Varsity. I have excellent leadership skills and excellent communication skills.

My team comes first in everything we do.
