Personal Statement
I'm from Barcelona, Spain and I will be a graduate of 2015. During my sophomore year I went to United States (Iowa) to study abroad. I became part of the the Notre Dame High School girls soccer varsity team and I was a starter. I've been playing soccer since I was four years old and I love it. I'm also good in the classroom, I carry a 3.0/4.0 GPA, all A and B's and I'm ranked in the top half of my class.
I am very talented with my feet, I have a lot of ball control skills and shooting skills. I used to play as an Offensive Midfielder because I have a lot of resistance to run all along the field and I create a lot of scoring opportunities with long and good passes to the forwards. My dribbling skills make me pass through a lot of defenders and get closer to the goal and since I'm fast I can go by them and they can't catch me.
My sophomore year. I played in a High School team and since I have a lot of experience scoring in different positions, my coach tried me out as a forward. Being a forward leaves me more space to run catching long passes so I can create a lot more chances and score more goals (I am the leading scorer of my team). I love soccer and I know the basics of all positions so I can be trusted anywhere on the field, but where I'm more dangerous is in the offense, playing as a right, left, or center forward or playing as an offensive midfielder is what I can do best. I have good shooting skills for free kicks and I'm the 1st kicker option for penalties in my team.
I'm seeking a college that offers good Heath Care education as a major for the undergraduate years as well as a soccer team with scholarships to afford it. My dream it's always been playing College Soccer and I'm looking forward to be a part of a team in a DI or DII college but I open to other options.
