Darby Dowd '16 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my names Darby Dowd and I will be graduating in 2016. I have a 4.25/4.25 weighted GPA, and am participating in a Early Completer Program. It's a new program in my school where I get all of my credits, except my senior math, done a year a early and go to college a year early. Originally I was supposed to graduate in 2017, but that did change. I hope to double major in studio art and art history, while minoring in business. Though I'm not on here for academic reasons, I'm here for soccer. I've been playing my whole life. There isn't a moment in my memory when soccer wasn't there. I've grown up on the fields, and it's always been my escape. I love practice and just leaving behind the rest of my life. I'm a very defensive player, and love to tackle. I'm decent at passing and footwork, and will play any position. My favorite position is stopper but I just want to play. It doesn't matter where to me. I also have been reffing soccer for several years, as it is one of the few jobs that will mold around soccer. As much as I enjoy talking, I've said all that I can and I hope you will accept me as a player.
