Chayse Avalos '17 Recruiting Profile

My goal for college is to take my soccer game to the next level, to meet new people, experience a different environment, work hard in all my classes, and to have fun. I'm a great candidate for the team due to my determination to give 110% in everything that I do. I work hard in practices, and although I can push myself too hard at times, I am always putting in as much effort as I possibly can. I like being a leader as in being motivational to my teammates, making sure they push themselves, bringing positivity into the stressful situations, being a loud voice for everyone to hear, working hard so others will follow, and being an encouraging teammate. As a junior I was asked by my high school coach to be a captain of the team for the 2015 school season due to my leadership skills. In school, procrastination is not usually in my vocabulary. I like to get things done as early as possible so that I can keep myself organized. I tend to stress myself out because I am always pushing myself to be the best that I possibly can.
