Personal Statement
Hello! My name is Janel Straub. I am currently a junior at Mahomet-Seymour High School. I am an academic-focused athlete. My goal is to be a solid contributor to a women's college soccer program where I can also pursue a quality college education. Ultimately, I would like to study in either the field Exercise Science or Kinesiology with a focus on Athletic Training. I have been playing soccer since I was five years old. I am a hard-working and determined student-athlete. Through my years of playing soccer, I fell in love with the sport and realized that I wanted to continue my soccer career past high school and be a team player and a positive influence at the college level. I will always give 110% on and off the field.
