Grace Blair '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Grace Blair and it has been a dream of mine to play soccer in College for as long as I can remember. I've had many hardships in the sport, but I have never given up. I could not picture my life without it.  2017 was very challenging for me both physically and mentally. I had emergency kidney surgery, a concussion, and knee surgery, all of which caused me to miss significant field time. I am looking forward to spring season so that I can once again play the game that I love. In spite of my physical challenges, I was able to lead my team to a very successful year as we were undefeated in MRL league and placed 2nd at Nationals over the summer. 

Even though my last year has been so difficult, it has strenghened me mentally and I feel I can concur any challenge I will face.  I never quit, no matter what opposition. I will never give up.
