My goal right now is to go play college soccer in a year. I am in love with this sport and I am a hard worker. My best aspect is my work ethic. Two years ago at our sectional my coach came up to me and told me that our opposing team, Lawernceburg's coach told her I was the best wing player he has seen in a while . After that year, they switched me from outside midfield to forward. From then on I had the most goals on my high school team. We won sectionals for the second time in our school's history two years ago. This past year, I had a club coach come and watch me, but I was already playing on a team. That team was U17 FC Pride Elite Black. We went from 15th in the state to 3rd in the state. From my very first sectional, my freshman year, when that other team's coach commented on my game I knew that soccer was not just a dream, but my passion. I would like to one day become the best soccer player I can be by being able to fulfill my full potential. I would also like to come in to any team making an impact.
Thank you,
Merissa Ross
