2015 HighlightsPersonal Statement
My soccer goal is to be an impact player at the highest collegiate level possible. I want to use my athletic and academic abilities to earn a scholarship and attend a leading university. I have played for the top team at Three Lions United FC since I joined the club five years ago. I have also started every high school varsity game since my freshman year.
On the field, I pride myself on having excellent foot skills and the ability to distribute the ball extremely well. Not only am I fast on the field, but I can dribble, pass, and shoot equally well with both feet. No matter the situation, when I step on the field, I strive to be the best. Leadership roles have followed me on and off the field my entire life; from being a class president, to a captain on many teams, and being chosen to the Northwest Indiana Athletic Leadership Summit. These are the qualities that I will bring to the collegiate level.
As a student, I’ve made both the A and A/B honor rolls, I take AP honor courses, and my current GPA is 3.62. My aspirations are to pursue a degree in the Exercise Science or Nursing fields.
Inspiring my teammates to work hard and be their absolute best, motivates me. I have been instrumental in helping many of my teams win championships along the way. I hope to be in a position to win a National Championship someday.
