As I have developed my own personality and character, I have developed a love for the game of soccer. The biggest reason I am interested in college soccer is because I have revolved my daily and social life around the sport.
I believe I would be a good candidate for the team by contributing my positive attitude and idea of teamwork onto the field. Furthermore, I find that my leadership skills have developed in a manner of doing more than speaking. For instance, if the team is down and losing, aside from encouragement, great body language and work ethic will make the difference in the tone of the game. Hence, my attitude and commitment to teamwork will attribute to the work ethic and final outcome.
Lastly, being apart of different high school sports (volleyball, basketball, soccer, bowling) has allowed me to also develop a better understanding of teamwork and how I can set my role to contribute to the team. Also, with extra curricular activites being in my schedule, I understand my priorities of school work that have become an organized habit. In all, my well-rounded mindset to a different team and objective are effective. And having established my habit of school priorites are helpful and healthy to restore into college soccer.
