Personal Statement
As a senior in highschool my motto is “Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn’t work hard.” Senior year is a key year to narrow down schools and figure out which school is the best fit. I believe it is so important to put effort into training inside and outside of practice with drive and determination. Freshman year I earned the title of Honorable-Mention All District and leading my team in goals scored on Varsity, as well as ending sophomore year with first team all-district and leading my team in goals scored, junior year I ended the season with first team all district, all region offensive mvp, and second team all state with 46 goals. I am serving my third year as Captain of Tioga High School Soccer and I look to lead and improve my team and myself everyday.
Academics are very important to me and I push myself to succeed. I finished Freshman year as class President and straight A’s for the year. I also ended sophomore and junior year with straight A’s and look to keep that drive for the remainder of my senior year.
I believe being coachable and driven is the key to success on the field and I am looking to be a part of a team where I can learn to better myself as a player while being a true asset to the team.
