Victoria King '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Victoria King but everybody calls me Tori.  I have been playing soccer since the age of 5 and club soccer since I was 8.  I am a switch leg forward as well as attacking mid.  I have great strength and foot control allowing me to maneuver through players easily and striking from a far distance. My dream is to play college soccer as well as a career in soccer.  I spent  2 years playing for Alliance Academy out of Grand Rapids.   In 2014, we placed second in the National Premier League, were I lead the team in goals and assists during the spring season.   In fall of 2014, we played in the State Cup games making it all the way to the Semifinals only to lose by 1 goal.  In spring 2015 I continued to play club soccer at Alliance Academy instead of High School.  We competed against local colleges like Rochester College, Ferris State, Aquinas and Adrian. Last year I found a team closer to home and played for the Michigan Jags u16 green team. This past spring I played with the U18 Michigan Jags college showcase team.  This fall I decided to get even closer to home, you can find me playing with Canton Celtics 99 Black.  I would like to major in sports therapy or something sports related, I am still undecided.  My goal is to find a college were I can compete and find success in competitive soccer and academics.
