Personal Statement
I have been kicking the soccer ball around since age 4 on a recreational soccer team, and a member of a club team since I was 10. In 7th grade, I was able to contribute to my Varsity High School team in the journey to win our play offs and continue with play time to help win our State Title. At that time, I realized my love for soccer. Being a multi-sport athlete, I see daily how track, basketball, pole vaulting, and tumbling contributes to making me a stronger, faster and better soccer player. Coaches describe me as a utility player, but mostly assisting my teams as an outside mid-fielder and foward. As I strive to get more technical and better at soccer, I am coachable, eager, and always in training to achieve my goal as being a college soccer player. As a busy athlete, keeping a balance with my honors classes, basic classwork and maintaining a 4.0 GPA, is important to me. My hopes are to take all of my experiences, knowledge and athletic training to a college that will help me follow my career path while playing and contributing to a competitive college soccer team.
