Personal Statement

My name is Sarah Burke. I am a Senior at Eastern Alamance high school in Mebane, North Carolina. I have been playing soccer since I was five years old. I am a member of Greensboro United Soccer Association U-18 White, a first division classic team. My freshman year, while playing for the Junior Varsity soccer team, I was promoted to the Varsity soccer team at mid-season. As a sophomore, I earned the All-Conference and the Second- team All-Region honors. My junior year, I was Defensive Player of the Year for EHS. My dream is to play soccer and to represent what ever school I land at. I want to go to college to major in Forensic Science and Crime Scene Investigation. Education is very important to me and my top priority. I am seeking the right school where I can grow as a person as well as a soccer player. I am a hard worker and dedicated to improve myself on and off the field.
