Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Jenna LaBerge. I started playing soccer at 4 years old for a small recreational team in Manchester, New Hampshire. Now, I have worked my way up to playing for the Seacoast United 05 DPL Girls team out of Epping, New Hampshire where I play as an Outside Midf. I've worked as hard as I possibly can to get to where I am today and I'm only looking to go higher and improve myself even more. Soccer has been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember and it has made a huge impact on my life.
I am also the captain of the Manchester Memorial Girls Varsity Soccer team and I've been a starter since my Sophomore year. In school, I take Honors, AP, and one other college-level class. I have a GPA of 3.68 and I am ranked 26th in my class out of 407 students. I work just as hard in school as I do on the field.
In college, I want to major in health or exercise sciences so I can pursue a career in physical therapy. I've excelled in many classes, but science is my best.
Ultimately, I am looking to play soccer at the highest level possible so I can grow as a player and improve my skills. I would consider myself to be a hard-working and determined Student-Athlete. I want to play in an environment where I can push myself, be challenged, and be competitive.
Thank you, Jenna LaBerge
