Personal Statement
As someone who has played soccer all of her life, I could not see myself not playing collegiate soccer. I look forward to attending a college that will challenge me academically as well as athletically. On both my high school and club team, I have been marked as a player who is not one to back down when it comes to putting my body on the line and as a player who can use both my left and right foot equally. I have the advantage of being able to play every position on the field with the exception of goalie due to many years of changing positions many times a game. My club team, OFC, has competed in the regional tournament twice and I have been a player on the ODP state team for several years. My dedication on the field transfers to off the field academics. I have kept at least a 3.7 GPA for the last two years in high school and I am certain it will remain that way with my last two years. I am also a member in National Honor Society.
