Personal Statement
My name is Caitlin McCullough and I am from North Bend, OR. I stand at 5'4" and weigh 125 lbs. I have started for the North Bend High School soccer team all four years of high school and was voted as
Co-MVP All-League this past year as well as team MVP and Outstanding Offensive Player of the year. I was also named to this years ALL-STATE 1st team. I finished my senior league season with 15 goals and 11 assisted. I have taken many AP courses throughout my high school career and my current GPA is 3.86.
I take pride in my leadership skills and being voted team captain my sophomore thru my senior year has shown me that I have shown others I can be a leader. Physical therapy has been an interest of mine since the 7th grade. After tearing my ACL my sophomore year the thought of pursuing physical therapy was even greater for me. If I get the chance to play soccer in college I want to play at the highest competition level possible for me.
