Personal Statement
As an athlete and student, I have set many high goals for myself, which include earning a great education at a great school, but also include a strong desire to continue to build on my skills and passion for playing soccer. I have played team and travel soccer consistently for 8+ years and often in multiple positions and teams at once. I am proud to have also volunteered to coach youth soccer many times.
I am told that my soccer strengths lie in having a strong presence on defense and out wide but also can drive up the field from defense or midfield to either cross the ball in towards the center or take a shot myself.
It is my dream to continue to play competitive soccer throughout college and beyond to build on my personal skills and pride as a competitive and productive team player.
