2023 Highlights Personal Statement
Hi there! My name is Ava Dewey, and I am from Dallas, Texas. I aspire to continue my soccer career in college where I hope to pursue pre-medicine and French. I value communication, attitude, and grit on the field above all else as I believe those are the three things an athlete can control during a game. Academics are extremely important to me as I am a student athlete taking honor and ap classes. I believe in giving 100% effort when playing and supporting my fellow teammates on and off the field. I hope to find a college team that will have a strong sense of community along with a school where I can be challenged academically.
