My name is Hailey Puckett and I am Junior at Shelbyville Central High School. The past two years, while I have been in high school, my team has won the District 8AAA in 2012 and 2013. In 2012 I was awarded the Offensive Player of the Year and in 2013 I was awarded Second Team All-District 8AAA. I also play club ball for Camp Forest Futbol Club in Tullahoma, TN. My team and I won the Division Three State Tournament. have played travel ball for 9 years. I have a passion for the game of soccer. I am always looking for ways to improve my play. I am also a team player and always give 110% on and off the field. My ultimate dream is to be able to play soccer in college. I am also wanting to pursue a career as Nurse Anesthetist. Currently my GPA is 3.98. I am enrolled in many honors classes and maintain an A' average.
