I am a very easy going individual. I am energetic and happy go lucky. I want to pursue a nursing degree at a school that will also give me an opportunity to play soccer. I am passionate about soccer but I know that I want to make a difference in people's lives after college. I am a strong defensive player but I am also a versatile player. My nickname with my club team is "Tank" or "Tree", because not much gets past me. I am a solid young lady. I consider my team members as family. My motto is "Go big or go home". I have had some health issues in my life but I am a stronger person because of them. I do consider myself an average student. I have to work harder than most with my shoolwork but I succeed. There is no room for failure. When I was 8, I was diagnosed with Epilepsy. The very first seizure I had just happened and it lasted longer than 18 minutes. My mom was told there may be permanent damage and if not I could have some personal struggles along the way but I have proven them wrong. I take pride in being average because I know things could have been different. I have been seizure free since 2011. After I was released from my neurologist I was diagnosed with scoliosis 4 months later. I had to wear a brace for two years but I had to do core exercises daily and I believe that has helped with my upper body strength. There have been obstacles in my life, but I believe the Lord doesn't give us more than we can handle, and because of that I am a strong person and I appreciate life, family, and friends so much more. I believe I can be an asset to any team. But I believe it would be a true blessing to just be a part of a collegiate team.
