Vanessa Adams '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Vanessa Adams. I will be graduating in 2019 from Vista Ridge High School. In college I would like to study Physical Therapy. Through my high school career I have been dedicated to succeed in not only soccer, but also scholastically. In school I will use all the resources provided me in order to keep up a good GPA.  

I am currently an attacking-mid and a forward both for my club team and high school team  As a freshman, I was the starting attacking-mid for my high school team and we won most of our games in shutouts. I am a hard working athlete in the winter by doing preseason training with my team. To keep my endurance up I also trained with the varsity cross country team as the only freshman (and I was the fastest girl on the team). Also, during the summer I work on building my legs and upper body strength, abs, and flexibility. I will always work hard to prove myself even if I am already on the team, I always work hard to improve myself and keep my spot.
