Karolina Cruz '16 Recruiting Profile

As a student- athlete, I believe that I am ahead of my peers in being well-rounded, because I am devoted to challenging myself physically, emotionally, and intellectually. I want to be challenged, and I think that, besides for the love of the game, continuing being a scholar athlete in college can provide me that. I am a person who understands that time is valuable and I am ready to make the most of practice time and academic time. Also relationships matter to me, both on and off the field, with teammates, and as well as with teachers and classmates. The field is where I can hone my leadership, and further more become an effective communicator, while winning games. Through all of this I aspire to make my family proud, build long lasting friendships, and I feel that playing soccer at the next level can foster assets and character in me that will benefit me in a career and as I go through life.
