I have always wished that I could go to college (any college) and play soccer, but I was never sure if I was good enough. I have been told by my coaches and friends that I was good enough to perform at a college level, but I didn't see it until I got Second Team Allstate, and it felt like proof to me. I have always been naturally good at playing keeper, but to achieve my current level of skill, I have put a lot of time and effort into my training. Though my team has struggled, it has translated into more experience for me. I have been a leader on my team, being a JV captain my Freshman year and a Varsity captain my Sophomore, Junior, and now Senior year.
