Personal Statement
My sophomore year was when it hit me that I wanted to pursue in my soccer career. That's when I started to train and eat healthier to become a better athlete on and off the pitch. Training harder, eating healthier and getting fit the past two years have impacted my life in a positive way. It has helped me to become the player I am today.
Throughout these two years I've learned that I can play at a top level. I've demonstrated my coaches and myself that I can make a difference in a game. I've overcame obstacles I never thought I could do. For example, I trained on my jumps on headers, and I scored a header from a corner kick in my high school game this past season(Spring 2016). I have become the top scorer for my school which has made my coaches, parents, friends and myself very happy.
